This Insight Forum featured the case study of BP Chemicals Ltd - rebranded as 'Innovene' and subsequently divested from the BP Group and sold to Ineos for some $9billion. The case study detailed how the leadership team leveraged BP's decision to re-brand and divest the business as a catalyst for broader cultural change within the organisation.
